Overview
Te Roopu Atawhai Inc. (TRA) has enjoyed many successes over the eleven years since its inception, and it is these successes that have set TRA apart from all other Polynesian groups and associations in Victoria.
Since 2000, TRA has implemented many initiatives, programmes and projects to support the Victorian Polynesian community. Below is a listing of those initiatives, programmes and projects that will ensure that TRA continue as community leaders in providing vital services catered specifically for Victorian Polynesians.

Marks the 2nd year that the first Australian Government funded, recognised and endorsed Maori Language School in Australia.

The Pilot Programme was initiated primarily to conduct and assess the feasibility of the first, Australian Government recognised and endorsed Maori Language School in Victoria, and indeed Australia.
